These are a direct fit conrod for all NA Holden Commodore V6 (3.8L Ecotech OHV 2V) Engines. These are rated to over 1200 horsepower, supporting modifications are necessary. Features:
All Connecting Rods come with ARP 2000 rod bolts fitted. Please Note: Sometimes the small ends require a lick with a hone to set the pin clearance, as pin sizes do vary ever so slightly. All pin to bush clearances should be checked and set before assembling depending on the application of the engine. Clearances should never just be assumed. OnStar 'ignition block' disables stolen vehicles
Tue, 21 Jul 2009OnStar, General Motors' in-vehicle safety and communications system, has launched a service to keep car thieves from starting a vehicle that has been reported stolen. As of July 20, three stolen cars had been disabled by the technology, called "remote ignition block." The feature is available on select 2009 and 2010 GM models. Subscribers must report their vehicles stolen to police officials and request assistance from OnStar, which then sends a signal that prevents the car from restarting.
